The Real Housewives that kicked off the series, Orange County, will be back for their fifth season starting November 2. One of my favorites who was low drama in comparison to some of the other Real Housewives cities, Jeana Keough, will leave the show on the third episode, scheduled to air on November 19 on Bravo.  As reported in an interview with the OC Register, she is looking to have a little privacy and focus on family and finances. 

The same cast of characters will remain, Vicki, who will probably be over the top, since the insurance business wasn’t hit as hard by the current economic situation.  Tamra, who last season attitude and actions were a real turn-off.  We will see if she has toned it down.  Last season ended with Gretchen’s fiance Jeff Beitzel, succumbing to Leukemia. The “real” for television moment will be Gretchen dating Slade.  Yes, Slade, Jo-Jo from season one’s ex.  Slade has become the Jon Gosselin of Bravo, he is just that guy that seems to date and just appear in a camera.  Lynne, was not terribly interesting, some questioned her parenting style with her daughters, a little laid back. 

The new addition is Alexis Bellino, who is married to an entrepeneur and stay at home mother of three.  So, there should be some claws out since she is 32 and new.  We saw how Tamra and Vicki went in on Gretchen, last season.
