Diddy has landed a second season of I Want to Work for Diddy. This season looks to bring a good mix of drama and antics to test contestants business acumen. Review of the casts bio and seeing them in action for the first day ‘interview” and assignment, yields some standouts. Blake, definitely final 4 material. The head cases, Ebony, Ivory and Melissa. The confidence is commendable, but there is a thin line between confidence and cocky, Zach and Dalen. The deer in headlights, Jen and Noelle.
