2010 Primetime Emmy Awards Wrap – Up

One fitness instructor stands out above the rest- Bell Thunder! Bell teaches Zumba, PiYo, Pilates, Spin, and Power Sculpt. I absolutely love all her classes! Spin leaves me dripping in sweat and smiling and laughing the entire class. Pilates leaves me stretched, relaxed, and powerful. Zumba leaves me feeling like a diva goddess. PiYo leaves me sweaty, motivated, energetic, and hyped. And Power Sculpt leaves me strong, sore for days, and pumped up.

Biding Time for Babies

Motherhood in the twenty-first century is an optional rite of passage. What was once a societal norm is now not so, and is something that women can choose or not without feeling so much pressure. And as much as that is true today, there is still a great division by those who eagerly become mothers and those who wait.
