One fitness instructor stands out above the rest- Bell Thunder! Bell teaches Zumba, PiYo, Pilates, Spin, and Power Sculpt. I absolutely love all her classes! Spin leaves me dripping in sweat and smiling and laughing the entire class. Pilates leaves me stretched, relaxed, and powerful. Zumba leaves me feeling like a diva goddess. PiYo leaves me sweaty, motivated, energetic, and hyped. And Power Sculpt leaves me strong, sore for days, and pumped up.

I just read a very interesting article on nymag.com. The article talks about married and dating couples that are in nonexclusive relationships.
