USA Today reports, “a large-sized popcorn at Regal theaters has 20 cups of popcorn, 1,200 calories and 60 grams of saturated fat”. I am not the health police, but that is your entire days worth of calories in one expense bag of popcorn. Grasp your pearls, the cost of two movie tickets, a drinks and popcorn can run you upwards of $32. Uhm, can someone say Netflix?
